Solid Structure
Kehan Annealing furnace is mainly composed of furnace, annealing liner, and control cabinet. Furnace body is made of heavy-duty welded section steel and steel plate, with built-in high-efficiency insulation layer and high-aluminum bricks. Annealing linear can be customized from cast aluminum or stainless steel materials for better heating conduction as you need.

Kehan annealing furnace is initially designed with for continuous production and metal part annealing for 24/7 per month. The metal annealing furnace is made of premium Q235 steel plate and steel profiles. Vertical case contains 3mm thickness steel sheet, panel is with 14mm steel plate, and bottom with CrMnN alloy steel panel. Heating units is composed of 0Cr25AI5 and high aluminum brick and 304 stainless steel linear. Kehan annealing furnace finishes non-stop working to achieve excellent annealing effect, high capacity, and less power consumption.

When you install the annealing furnace, please leave 1 meters at four sides of layout space for equipment arrival and staff operation.
