It depends on lower electrode base sizes. The lower electrode can be chilled by water when the line wire space is 100mm. Under this condition, the electrode base can be drilled with a chilling water pipe. When the longitude wire space is 50mm, the lower solder base of the copper block is too small to design a water channel inside.
When the line wire space is 50mm, the lower electrode is designed for a cube and four sides for welding work. After all sides are wearing out too much and can not finish electricity conduction smoothly, you should change to a new electrode. When the upper electrode is too short to reach the lower electrode, you need to change it.
Yes. We will take video to show how to adjust line wire space. For the upper electrode, you need to unscrew the press spring and reposition the upper electrodes for the required longitude wire space. You can unlock the fixing screw and move positions of the lower electrode according to the upper electrode’s position. Then, you will get the requested line wire space.
